sorry I am late posting this, yesterday...honestly all weekend was busy, busy, busy.

I can't completely remember what I at Saturday so I am not even going to try to post food but I do want to mention I started a biggest loser challenge Saturday night...GO Purple team!!!  Anyway, we have a 21 day cut the crap challenge...yeah on that already.  Haven't had anything white since last Wednesday!

A little upset with my results today but I know the closer I get to the 10 down mark I tend to get a little slow down and things don't "move" so well....if you know what I mean.  I also know because of the crazy day I had yesterday I ate ok but I did eat a piece of sausage which wasn't a great idea but I did avoid the cake!

This morning I started working out.  I completed the entire Walk at Home dvd, 5 miles with high calorie burn to target, arms, legs tummy and just plain speed depending on which mile you were on.  I burned approximately 872 calories and since I have yet to eat today I am in a way negative calorie place, lol.....I think I will go eat an apple before I shower and then get to schooling my daughter.    I am going to be right on track today...2.1 pounds to my first 10 pound mark...I hope to hit that tomorrow!

Day 3 is traditionally the hardest day and this time was no exception.  I was a little more hungry than the first 2 days but my will power is strong and I didn't cheat.  My biggest problem remains working around my daughter's gymnastics schedule.  I need to plan better so I can have food already prepared and bring it with me if I am going to stay the whole three hours and watch.  It was 8:30 before I could eat last night.  Still, that said, I am not grumbling about a 2 pound loss!   I mean here it is only day 4 and I am down 7.2 pounds!  
  I strayed from the beaten path for my food yesterday as well.   For any one who doesn't know, my daughter is diabetic and we had a little situation with that yesterday that cause our weekly grocery shopping trip to be delayed and then very brief.  Since I was there at lunch time, I just grabbed a pack of artificial crab meat.  I am not even sure that is officially 'approved' but I have never had trouble with it. So that was my lunch and then my dinner was another omelet made with 3 egg whites and one whole egg as well as onions and mushrooms.  

I will say I went to bed a little hungry and I woke up a LOT hungry, usually to me a sign you are doing things right!   Today will be my first real 'challenge'.  My daughter and I are meeting some of the families from her gymnastics team for lunch so I will have to resist the urge to eat anything on the no no list. Funny thing about my weigh in today...I weigh on my Wii Fit and it always shows your BMI change before your actual weight loss and from the change in my BMI I was starting to get a little upset.  I KNEW I did everything right yesterday and the change in my BMI just didn't seem big enough to have a decent loss but I guess I was wrong.  I will not complain about basically a 3 pound loss.

I had a salad for lunch with some strawberries. Then I had an apple later for a snack and dinner was an omelet with mushrooms and onions. 

The best thing I did was even though I had to eat late, I did NOT snack after dinner.  I went in my room and watched a movie so I wouldn't even be tempted.  My biggest downfall has always been eating even when I am not hungry.  Boredom is my enemy.  That is also why I have picked up my yarn again.  I am working on some crochet projects right now but next I am attempting a knit sweater.  Knit is not my thing but I want it to be so bad.

Day 1 wasn't too bad.  I do need to find a way to eat my dinner before my daughter gets home from gymnastics because 8pm is way too late for me to be eating. 
I had an apple for snack, shrimp sauteed with mushrooms and onions for lunch and chicken with miracle noodles with tomato sauce for dinner.  For the sake of full disclosure I did eat some vanilla wafers but day one is technically a fat loading day anyway so I am just happy for once my day one didn't result in an INCREASE> I am good with the -1.3 for day one.   SO running late today, gotta go!!!
 
So after a VERY long wait I finally got my HCG and mixed it last night.  I took my first shot this morning so time to admit what I let happen over the last month, yes I gained 10 pounds.  That is insane but it is what it is.  It got to hot to run outside and I just sat on my butt inside but that is all over.  So here are my day one stats.....

I decided to start from scratch with a whole new set up and try to combine everything I am interested in all on one website rather than just having a blog.  This will be a work in progress for awhile, I hope I like this site I chose.  Join me for the ride! 

The first thing I would like to update people about is my diet.  I know a lot of people were keeping up with my adventure last year.  I have kept the weight off but tried a lot of other versions of HCG, none of which have worked, since then.  So now I have decided to return to what worked.  I will be starting the HCG injections again as soon as my order arrives.  More on that when it gets here.

Secondly, school  my daughter generally known on my blogs as Little Waffle is really not so little anymore but we will stick with the name until I can get creative enough to come up with a new one.  Anyway, Little Waffle will begin third grade on August 27th, more about my plans for her in a separate post.  Baby Waffle (who is now 4) will begin pre-k on August 26th.  He continues to receive speech therapy twice a week and is really having attachment issues so he will be going to a state funded pre-k.  I have pretty much decided to decide how I handle his education as he progresses.  It will depend on how he is acting by the end of school year whether he goes to public kindy or joins us at home. 

Finally, I make it my mission to find any site I can to earn money.  I will never get rich with these sites but hey a dollar is a dollar and it is all building to go towards our next trip to Disney.  I am working on a separate area especially for listing the sites I find that I have been making any amount of money on.  Please take a minute and sign up for any you find interesting!!!  That is all for now....more soon!
